The Train the Trainer program will enable you to master these general management competencies and offer practical training to other people.

• Develop excellent Systemic Stairway® practitioners capable of facilitating productive collaboration and manageability in a wide variety of challenging and complex situations.
• Develop Systemic Stairway® trainers who can embed practical learning in individuals and groups at all levels and scale the methodology widely and economically as necessary.
