1. ACTION LEARNING PROJECTS
Delegates are commissioned to use the Systemic Stairway™ to create impact and change in a real team or organisational situation. Projects are contextualised to management level and offer a platform to increase performance in their sphere of influence.
2. COACHING & FEEDBACK
We provide coaching and feedback sessions to project groups where we ensure technical application and provide insights to deepen their learning and improve the quality of their project.
Project groups are required to present the value they have added and their learning to a select panel of “judges”. This offers the organisation an opportunity to gain deep insight and learning into real organisational challenges and opportunities.
