Typically 2 on-line courses plus 4 contact days
Step 1: Learn the Systemic Stairway® methodology
Do the 8 hour Managing Collaboration on-line course plus practical application.
Understand the methodology, everyday facilitation and collaborative management.
Step 2: Advanced facilitation
Attend the 2 day Systemic Stairway® training course and experience the paradigm shift necessary for effective facilitation in complex situations. Then do the 8 hour on-line Mastering Facilitation course and submit the pre-scribed practical application.
Step 3: Train the trainer
Study the 2 day Systemic Stairway® training course and then attend the 1 day Master Systemic Stairway®
training course.
Then commission and facilitate a 1 day training course.
