Training Courses

The Systemic Stairway® is available on-line for self study or in-person group training. These courses teach delegates how to use the Systemic Stairway® as a management methodology for “getting things done” amidst the messy reality of work and life including prioritization, problem solving, project management and performance management with special emphasis on collaborative management and group facilitation.

This advanced training course will appeal to people who have completed Systemic Stairway® training and want to offer professional facilitation to teams and organisations facing complex challenges. The course emphasises the practicalities and logistics of facilitating small and large group collaborations. Available on-line for self study or in-person group training.

Systemic Collaboration is a practical methodology that enables you to design and facilitate intelligent collaborations for unique situations, projects or organisational initiatives that you need to manage.
